The following are basic steps to process your order.

(2) Please send us your order information through Order Form Page.
(3) After we receive your order, we will send you a payment request through PayPal.
(4) After your payment is made, we will ship your order by the shipping method you choose.
(5) We will send you an e-invoice and the tracking number.
If you wish your name or message engraved on your soroban, please tell us.
We provide a free engraving service. We can engrave your name, date of memorial day etc. within 20 characters.

Small Packet: The maximum weight is 2 kg. Some countries do not accept small packets.
